Aufgaben Responsibilities Analyse regulatory requirements for structured products and derivatives governance in a banking trading environment Work closely with cross functional stakeholders especially legal, risk and compliance to interpret regulatory requirements, analyse impact of change and develop suitable solutions/governance frameworks Ensure that all distributed products meet client suitability standards Work with an Agile development team to refine and prioritize features and stories Participate in sprint planning, reviews, testing and retrospectives Anforderungen Requirements Proven experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst in the financial industry Soild understanding of product governance Solid understanding of regulatory requirements (ESG, EMIR, MIFID, Finfrag, 871m) Very good knowledge of cross-asset structured products and its issuance and distribution processes Fluent in English Nice to have Knowledge of trading and risk systems German language skills Personality Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders Strong analytical mindset with an attention to detail and ability to present complex information in a clear and structured manner Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Angebot We are a strong customer focused company working mainly for Top 500 companies.
