Mission Provide technical support to the Sales team and customers by identifying the strengths of Tornos Products He will have to carry out these various tasks on different types of technology, ranging from single-spindle lathes with 5 to 10 axes, to multi-spindle lathes, as well as products used in the milling field If necessary, he/she may take on the coordination of some of the FSE employees assigned to him/her (e.g. in the context of the training of Junior and Standard FSEs) In the long term, he/she can progress to the highest technician level, namely "Technician (FSE) Instructor" Finally, he/she contributes to the creation of the Tornos brand on our customers' sites through his/her professional attitude Your responsibilities Support the Sales department by providing technical assistance during meetings with customers Support the Sales department by preparing machine quotations and cycle time calculations Provide training to our customers on the programming and setting up of our machines Provide technical support to our customers to optimize the manufacturing process Provide technical support to our Customer Service team for complex diagnostic tasks at customer site Coordinate the training of Junior employees in consultation with the Head of Service Center Report his/her working hours using the system provided Prepared to travel throughout Malaysia and on occasion overseas Your profile Mandatory : English  Knowledge of ISO programming for lathe machines  Knowledge in the field of metal cutting i.e cutting parameters and tool selection  Experience in the definition of a machining process in the field of turning or bar turning Proven experience as a setup technician in the machine tool industry/manufacturing, including mechanical and electrical knowledge gained in the field Proven experience in the use of CAD/CAM and Microsoft Office Experience in the use and maintenance of industrial equipment  Experience in leading and working within small teams Experience in training employees in connection with the complex handling of equipment and programming Contact We are looking forward to receiving your application documents !
